Have you noticed your body changing in ways that don't seem to make sense? Maybe you have been eating better and pushing harder at the gym, and yet that stubborn belly fat just won't budge. Do you feel constantly tired, irritable and forgetful? Your sleep has become erratic, and you wake up feeling tired and foggy? Unable to work out as you wish due to constant aches in your joints or recurrent injuries? Your digestion is off, and you are feeling constantly bloated and constipated? Your skin feels dry and is losing its youthful glow and firmness?

Believe me, I get it. You may be feeling frustrated, wondering what's happening to your body? And why the things that used to work now don't work anymore? It is not that you are doing it wrong; you don't need to push harder or eat less.  

If you are a woman over the age of 35 it is very likely that some or all of the abovementioned ailments are related to the hormonal shifts of Perimenopause (even if you still have regular periods)… Did you know that this stage may start (and last) even 10 years previous to your last menstrual cycle? The hormonal fluctuations that we go through during this stage of life can present more than 40 recognised  symptoms (1)

I know none of that seems like good news, and you may be wondering if there’s something you can do to relieve your symptoms and feel like yourself again.

Hi I am Lily, a BTEC certified Nutrition and Health Coach, member of UKIHCA, with over 13 years of experience in the Aesthetics and Wellness industry.

And just like you, I’m navigating perimenopause while juggling a hectic life – running a business, motherhood and chasing my goals as an amateur hybrid athlete. I know what is like to feel physically and mentally exhausted, dragging myself  through the day, barely doing what I had to without the drive and mental clarity to pursue higher goals. What has helped me to reclaim my energy, focus and achieve my goals hasn’t been willpower, but instead balancing of my hormones through a gentle and holistic approach based on:

  • A nutrient-dense and minimally process diet (that doesn't break the bank or take over my evenings)
  • Prioritising sleep and recovery
  • Stress management and self-care – because life will keep throwing balls at us, we just need to learn to juggle them without loosing our cool
  • Strategic exercise schedule – is not about working harder, but working smarter

It is about a gentle and realistic approach that you can sustain over time, not quick fixes, not fad diets, not military-like workout routines. Small, consistent changes over a long period of time are what build real transformations.

The 12 Week Programme

I have created this 12 week programme thinking of middle-aged women who live in the real world, busy moms with hectic mornings, children to care and full time jobs, the types that will benefit from easy batch cooking or fitting in 35-minute workouts while the kids are in their sports practices.

During this 12 week programme I will focus on providing you with nutritional knowledge that is relevant to you. We are going to co-create a nutritional plan that adapts to your particular lifestyle, schedules, culture, preferences and ethics. That's what a personalised plan means: your plan is yours only, and it works just for you.

Together we are going to find out which changes to your current habits are the easiest to implement and sustain in the long term and have the highest impact, or as I say we are going to find the “lowest and sweetest hanging fruits”. No more fad diets and yoyo cycling; we are going to build new habits that last a lifetime.

During the programme I will also provide you with easy-to-implement strategies regarding exercise, recovery, sleep and stress management, which are crucial elements in achieving your goals.

The programme includes

Session 1: Initial 90 minutes consultation, during which I will get to fully understand:

  1. Your concerns, goals and motivations
  2. Your current life style
  3. Your strengths and constraints
  4. Your preferences regarding food and activity

Session 2:  In this session we will CODESIGN a 3-week plan of Action that takes into account all the information you provide in session number 1 and in your initial Diet and Lifestyle Diary

Session 3: After 3 weeks of the second session we will meet up to follow up in the Plan of Action designed during session 2, adjusting when necessary and stepping up on the achievements of your goals.

Sessions 4, 5 and 6 will be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks apart from each other to review progress, make adjustments when necessary and set up new higher goals if you are up to it (you'll feel unstoppable).

Deliverables & Results

At the end of the 12-week programme, you will have all the knowledge and tools to improve and maintain your results on your own; you will have built new sustainable habits that will help you thrive during this stage of life and beyond.
